Fragment screening library
The library consists of ca. 1000 fragment like molecules which contain either a CF, CF3 or CF2 group.
The library has been designed to cover the drug like chemical space.
Fragments are screened im mixtures of up to 34 molecules.
With only a few mg of protein, 1000 fragments can be tested in less than 24 hours.
Advanced lab automation is used: SampleJet robot for NMR sample handling and a Gilson robot for sample prepartion.
